As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team.
Better Kitchens provide complete kitchens and components to customers across the UK who will have placed an order using our online shop, in our showroom or over the telephone.
This role involves delivering kitchens to customers' homes and the position requires manual lifting, the ability to work to tight deadlines and working closely within a team.
The primary duties of this role include?
- Delivery of both flat-pack & pre-assembled kitchens.
- Handball & heavy lifting will be required.
- Liaising with customers whilst delivering.
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as required.
- Some early starts and late returns expected.
- Updating paperwork as required.
- Communicating any issues with other team members.
- Basic vehicle maintenance.
Hours & Pay:
- Full Time Contract
- £26,000 + Overtime
- This role has varying start times depending on length of delivery route.

You will be contracted to a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime as required and may include weekends.
- Immediate start available.

- Previous experience of delivery processes.
- Able to drive 3.5 ton luton van.
- Clean Driving Licence.
- Applicants must be 25 or over due to insurance requirements for driving company vehicles.
- The ability to keep to deadlines.
- Be available to work beyond the contracted hours during our busy periods.
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and processes as required.
