At Better Appliances, we aim to ensure that purchasing appliances is a seamless experience from beginning to end. By teaming up with the UK's largest appliance suppliers, we can guarantee a good stock and our two-person delivery service, both designed to provide you with convenience and peace of mind.

Delivery Dates

Our dedicated team will work with you to arrange a delivery date that fits your schedule.

Delivery Leadtime

Our kitchen appliance suppliers maintain a substantial inventory, enabling us to offer delivery within 1-5 days, applicable to the majority of UK postcodes.

Two-Person Service

To ensure a hassle-free experience, our team of two experienced drivers will handle the heavy lifting, offloading to a kerbside close to your delivery address.

Delivery Charges

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery for orders over £500 Inc VAT, to standard delivery areas only.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are scheduled to arrive between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
Prior to delivery, we will provide you with a more specific 4-hour delivery timeslot via email and text message.
To ensure your availability, our delivery team will aim to call you approximately 30-60 minutes before their arrival.

Please note that while we strive to ensure the utmost accuracy and efficiency in our delivery process, our products are delivered by a trusted supplier, hence a slight deviation from the above details might occur. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving your kitchen appliance needs.

Small Item Delivery

Delivery for small items will be charged at £9.95 Inc VAT per order and will be send by Courier or Royal Mail.

Important Information

Please note that although every effort will be made to ensure that delivery occurs during the estimated timeslot specified, due to unforeseen conditions - such as traffic - delivery can occasionally take place at a slightly different time from the slot specified.

It is essential that all appliances are checked upon receipt before they are signed for. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed for as "damaged" and a damage report should be filled out with the driver.

If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of and understand the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 2 calendar days of receipt.

Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability, we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged items signed for as "clear", "unchecked" or in "good condition".
